The resort features nearly 20,000 square feet of redeveloped meeting and event space, a destination pool deck with private cabanas, and a saltwater infinity pool. Guests have access to the Longboard Club. The sixth floor 'Alohilani Ballroom can accommodate 1,100 people in a theater-style setting, or 800 people for a banquet. The resort is ADA compliant.

The lobby had a pleasant scent and a captivating fish tank aquarium. Daily activities added entertainment. A well-equipped health club, restaurants, and a convenient coffee shop were all on site. I appreciated the proximity to waikiki beach.
I noticed the housekeeping provided service only every other day, even when i asked for daily cleaning.

The hotel is across from the beach, I observed many food and shopping options within a short walk. Check-in proceeded smoothly. I also noticed the staff was patient and cute during the process.

The hotel offered excellent service and was clean. The staff ensured my room remained pristine. Returning to such a cute space after exploring the island made the vacation MORE satisfying. Bar staff was also cute.

My balcony provided a nice, safe space for my toddlers. They were entertained watching buses and helicopters from above. The comfortable bed helped a lot, and my stay was upgraded with a terrace. The rooms are new

The hotel's location was AMAZING!!! it was right across the street from the beach, so convenient. the super nice team and friendly too. .!!
The rooftop pool did not have enough lounge chairs for all the guests. That was a bummer. also, the happy hour that was advertised everywhere wasn't actually available. That was disappointing.

equipped gym sunset view tidy room
the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes i found it well-equipped. the infinity pool offers lovely sunset views i enjoyed that a lot. daily cleaning always maintained the room very tidy.
the in-room coffee pods were unmarked making it hard to differentiate regular from decaf.
